We accept most debit and credit cards as payment for all online orders. If you wish to pay by cheque or by bank transfer, please email chandlery@portedgar.co.uk or call 0131 331 3875 with details of what you wish to order.

By using this Website you warrant that you are of full legal age and may lawfully enter into any contract with us.

We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason. The prices quoted on our Website are inclusive of VAT.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales from us effected through our website and they may be changed at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our Website. Your statutory rights are not affected. Port Edgar Chandlery and Beacon Stores Loyalty Programme

  • These terms and conditions apply to the Port Edgar Marina (PEM) and Beacon loyalty programme, part of the Port Edgar Group.
  • PEM & Beacon Loyalty cards are free and remain the property of Port Edgar Marina.
  • To collect points for a transaction, customers must present their Loyalty card at the till at the time of purchase. If a customer does not have their card, we can use postcode or surname to search for their loyalty account. If you purchase online, please include your loyalty account details to ensure points are added.
  • Loyalty points are currently awarded for every £100 spent, equating to a £5 credit.
  • Loyalty credits are redeemable against future purchases.
  • Loyalty credits will be issued at the beginning of each month and are valid for 3 months. Once a credit has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date. Credits will also expire if you cancel your Loyalty card, or if we cancel the account as per these terms and conditions.
  • Loyalty credits cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these terms.
  • To register and claim loyalty card rewards you must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK. Proof of age may be required before we issue or accept the registration of a loyalty card and you must act truthfully when providing details of your age.
  • Only one loyalty card is permitted per customer.
  • If overpayment is made using points vouchers, no change will be given however points not used will remain as a credit on account.
  • We will reverse the associated points earned or redeemed if a transaction on which points are earned or redeemed is returned.
  • You cannot transfer your balance to any other person(s).
  • Purchases of the following items are excluded from the loyalty programme and points will not be rewarded: Boats, Engines, Servicing & Parts, Fuel, Gift Vouchers.
  • We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance in your account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred.
  • Staff are not entitled to a loyalty card .
  • We reserve the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if it appears to us (in our sole discretion) that a fraudulently or wrongfully obtained Loyalty card is either redeemed or used to make purchases in store.
  • We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Loyalty card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card if, in our sole discretion, we deem such action necessary. Any Loyalty card shall become invalid once cancelled.
  • By signing up to our loyalty scheme, and giving us personal details, you are agreeing to accept updates and information on special offers from the Port Edgar Group. We will never pass your details on to any third party.
