Delivery Information

Orders over £100 to UK mainland are free of charge.

Standard delivery for UK mainland normally takes 2 - 3 working days from the date of dispatch, but please allow 5 working days prior to contacting us to chase your delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for mainland UK of £4.95 per order, for a goods total of up to £99.99, 15kg and 1.5m length.

In Store Collection is free of charge. Your goods can be picked up during standard opening hours from the shop (opening hours can be found at the bottom of this page). You will need to bring the credit/debit card used to make the purchase, along with a printout of your order confirmation. Additional proof of ID and address may also be required. For security, your goods will not be released without these.

Gift Voucher delivery for UK mainland is available at £1.00 using standard Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This option can be used if your order contains gift vouchers ONLY (no limit). If your order contains additional items, another delivery method must be selected.

Exclusions: For non-mainland UK and overseas orders an additional charge will apply. If this is the case we will contact you for your approval.
